THE SOUNDS OF IKEA

We recorded over 100 sounds made by IKEA products, to let people feel their soothing, relaxing effects- outside of the store experience.

Working with sound engineers we used the ASMR technique, recording with ultra-sensitive and binaural microphones, to capture the sensual sounds each cushion, rug, and table… made when touching it.

The sounds were turned into an audio-visual campaign on Insta stories, YouTube, Facebook and IKEA.pl - encouraging people to experience each item through sound on their headphones. 

This was the first time IKEA Poland sold the benefits of their furniture using the power of sound.
